As AUTODOC SE company continues to expand its presence across 27 countries, the complexity of our financial operations is constantly growing. To support this development, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and detail-driven Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Accounts Payable team. This position is designed as a learning opportunity, offering you hands-on experience in the field of accounting within a global e-commerce environment. You will be supported by experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into international financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations within the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and post incoming invoices.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Support month-end closing activities and year-end audit.
• Communicate with internal departments.
• Participate in automation and AI projects.

Your Profile:

• Education: You are an enrolled student in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Specialization: You have a strong interest in accounting, particularly in the area of accounts payable, and may also be planning to start your career in this field. Prior working experience in Accounting or Procurement highly welcome.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, most notably SAP, is an advantage.
• Mindset: You have an affinity for numbers, a structured way of working, and can meet deadlines.
• Languages: You are fluent in German (B2); English and/or Russian is a plus.
