Job Description
We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for our Digital Business Transformation team in Frankfurt am Main to join us as soon as possible for a period of approximately six months. We offer you the opportunity to gain direct insight into this field and to support our team actively and with full commitment.
Your Tasks Include
- Support the Business Product Owner in enhancing our digital solutions portfolio with AI capabilities and embedded analytics to improve business processes and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with different business functions to understand requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions
- Support automation initiatives and independently execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) (e.g. using agent-based AI), from idea to implementation and evaluation
- Analyze business, platform, and usage data and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs and enable data‑driven decision‑making
- Support the Platform/Product Owner in daily operations, including stakeholder coordination, preparation of trainings, documentation, and status reporting
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and innovation opportunities in analytics, AI, and digital platforms

- You are studying in the field of business informatics, economics, business administration, or a comparable field, so that you bring a fundamental understanding of our area of work
- You should be familiar with MS Office and have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential for us
- Ability to learn and strong analytical thinking
- Communication skills and motivation
Additionally, we require a confirmation from your university regarding the completion of a mandatory internship in order to process your application.
