We’re looking for a

Social Media & Content Intern (m/f/d)

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in content creation, storytelling, and day-to-day social media work.

Please note: This internship is only open to students who are currently enrolled at a university and required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their degree.

Create content for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & Pinterest

Turn trends and evergreen content into engaging Reels, Stories & Posts

Plan and structure content from idea → shoot → upload

Be in front of or behind the camera, whatever the concept needs

Actively engage with our community via comments & DMs

Help grow and nurture our social communities

Understand what our audience cares about, and reflect that in content

Support content calendars, workflows & formats

Analyze performance (engagement, reach, saves) and learn what drives growth

Collaborate closely with marketing, media & sales teams

Qualifikation

A strong interest in content creation and community management

A good understanding of social media trends and platforms

A structured, organized way of working

Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, InShot) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)

Ongoing studies in marketing, media, communication, design, or a related field

Fluent German (min. B2) and good English skills

A proactive, curious mindset – you take initiative, share ideas, and enjoy working in a team
