We incorporate HIIT and functional weight exercises in a fun club-like atmosphere. The unique Urban Heroes workout increases cardiovascular ability, builds strength, effectively and efficiently assists with weight loss - making our guests fitter, stronger and healthier. At the Frankfurt location, our holistic concept is further enhanced by our relaxing and mobilizing Recharge Classes in the Green Zone and regeneration-promoting cryo (cold) therapy in the Blue Zone. The Urban Heroes team is made up of fitness enthusiasts who believe in the power of healthy living which we believe leads to long and fulfilling lives.
