Depending on your team, you could be diving into your project work — whether that involves analyzing compensation data, supporting an onboarding improvement initiative, or collaborating with the talent acquisition team on hiring strategies. You will participate in cross-functional meetings with HR colleagues, including international HR teams, working through process improvements that impact teams worldwide. You will also have the opportunity to network with other interns and attend learning sessions with senior HR leaders who share insights on Amazon's peculiar culture and leadership principles.

Throughout, you will balance project-focused deep dives with broad exposure to HR operations, from training and development programs to employee experience initiatives. Every day brings hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly support Amazon's ability to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
