In order to support the Media Team department, Airbus Helicopters is offering an

Internship for Technical Communication (d/f/m) for Helicopter Training Media

Are you an enthusiastic student at the beginning of your professional journey, eager to get hands-on with cutting-edge aerospace projects in a dynamic media environment? Airbus Helicopters is looking for a proactive intern (d/f/m) to join our Media Team and bring our stunning aircraft to life.

  • Location: Donauwörth
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Duration: 6 months

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • You’ll design and develop high-impact training materials and multimedia tools that empower the next generation of pilots and technicians.
  • You’ll help create clear, exüressive graphics that make complex machines easy to understand at a glance.
  • You'll be researching and gathering all the facts needed to build top-notch documentation.
  • We don't just want a pair of hands; we want your brain. You’ll brainstorm new ways of doing things and help the team improve how we work.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student (m/f/d), preferably in the field of Technical Communication, Media Studies or Information Design, or a comparable subject area
  • Attraction to and interest in aerospace industry
  • Ideally, initial experience in handling Content Management Systems, Editorial Systems, Single-Source Publishing, or similar software
  • Knowledge in the linguistic and visual presentation of complex technical products or the ability to acquire such knowledge
  • Commitment, initiative, and teamwork skills, as well as a structured, independent way of working
  • Knowledge of MS-Office or Google Workspace products
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • If possible, additional knowledge in working with raster graphic or vector graphics
  • If possible, additional knowledge in processing 3D CAD data
