In order to support our Quality department, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Master student (d/f/m) in the field of Artificial Intelligence, in Organization Adoption and Usage

  • Duration: 6 months

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptualization, scope alignment, and finalization of surveys targeted at both managers and operational staff.
  • Coordinate and support the data collection process through short internal employee surveys.
  • Participate in data processing and statistical analysis to evaluate AI usage patterns, workplace dynamics, and strategy-implementation gaps.
  • Support the preparation of detailed result reports and deliverables for organizational decision-makers.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Enrolled Master's student (d/f/m) with a background or interest in Management, Strategy
  • Organizational Psychology, Data Analysis, or Statistics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis and statistical processing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment alongside academic and industry partners
  • Fluent in German and English.
