In order to support the A400M Maintenance Organisation, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an

Intern in A400M MRO & Retrofit (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • In the frame of major projects of acquisition of new assets, you bring the Maintenance requirements and expertise along the acquisition projects in order to optimize the maintainability of the new asset when entering into the production phase
  • You ensure that the Maintenance Department receives all the definitive documentation needed to optimize the performance of maintenance activities on this new asset
  • You analyze failures and common faults that occur and how to take action to prevent them reoccurring through PPS methodology
  • You ensure the required technical plant availability in the respective field of activity
  • You support the digital transformation strategy in maintenance.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
  • Lean Manufacturing principles knowledge
  • Be able to work in a maintenance and production environment leading with the shopfloor
  • Software skills (Microsoft, Google,...)
  • Fluent in English and German B2 - C1
  • You are a good team player, development-focused, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
