Im Bereich Operations am Standort Eppelheim/Heidelberg
Startzeitpunkt: ab sofort
Dafür bist Du verantwortlich
- Du bringst Struktur in unsere bestehenden Arbeitsanweisungen, Standards und Prozesse und unterstützt deren Überführung in PolicyTech.
- Du entwickelst eine übersichtliche und einheitliche Dokumentenstruktur und unterstützt bei Freigabe-, Review- und Aktualisierungsprozessen.
- Du baust eine Schulungsmatrix auf und sorgst für eine transparente Zuordnung von Trainings zu Funktionen und Mitarbeitenden.
- Du identifizierst fehlende, veraltete oder nicht eindeutig zugeordnete Dokumente und Schulungen.
- Du bereitest Ergebnisse, Auswertungen und Präsentationen für EHS und Führungskräfte auf.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig an Projektthemen und stimmst dich dabei mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen ab.
Das macht Dich erfolgreich
- Du studierst z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Qualitätsmanagement, Personalmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig.
- Du hast Spaß daran, Informationen zu analysieren, zu ordnen und verständlich aufzubereiten.
- Du kommunizierst gerne und sicher mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
- MS Excel, Word und PowerPoint sind für dich kein Neuland.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Du bist neugierig und hast Lust, dich in neue Systeme wie PolicyTech und iManSys einzuarbeiten.
