JOIN TEAM RETAIL & FRANCHISE EUROPE - MERCHANDISING & ACCOUNT OPERATIONS FRANCHISE

The team is responsible for driving the planning, assortment building, buying process and account operations for our Franchise Stores across Europe. We ensure effective pre-season planning as well as strong in-season business management through order execution, replenishment, inventory management and operational support. By working closely with Franchise Partners and internal stakeholders, we help deliver the right product assortment, optimize business performance and achieve market KPIs while aligning with global guidelines.

Grow Your Capabilities Through Meaningful Tasks & Projects

• Support the management and monitoring of seasonal order books for Franchise Partners, helping ensure order accuracy and timely execution.
• Assist in tracking Business On Hand (BOH), order status, and delivery performance, identifying potential risks and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Allocation teams to support the execution of seasonal product launches and commercial initiatives.
• Assist with the preparation of business reviews, reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing sales, inventory and operational data.
• Help maintain and update business systems and operational tools to ensure data accuracy and smooth order management processes.
• Support the execution of order management activities, including order tracking, cancellations, returns and delivery follow-up
• Prepare the facing for Own Retail / Franchise process, ensuring they are created according to market needs and incorporated in the buying process

What Would Make You a Match

• Student of business administration, sport management or international Business or similar
• Fluency in English & German is essential
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication & analytical skills

Eligibility  requirements

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)  
• Students with ideally max. one year to graduation preferred
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2027 – September 2027 
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
