JOIN OUR NON-TRADE PROCUREMENT TEAM: It’s an exciting time to join our Global Procurement Team. As part of our Procurement Excellence function, you will support initiatives that help shape the future of procurement at adidas. Working with our global teams and markets, you will contribute to projects focused on process improvement, system enablement, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

Grow Your Capabilities Through Meaningful Tasks & Projects

• Support global Procurement Excellence projects focused on reporting, process improvement, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with project management activities, including planning, tracking, coordination, and status reporting.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training materials, and user engagement initiatives.
• Assist with system testing, issue management, documentation, and user support for procurement tools and solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Global, Market, Country, and Shared Service Procurement teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support sourcing and category management projects through research, analysis, and coordination activities.
• Independently manage selected tasks and projects while building strong relationships across the global procurement organization.

What Would Make You a Match

• Bachelor or Master's Student in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Finance or related
• Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Ariba and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Good communication skills & a proactive mindset

Eligibility  requirements

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)  
• Students with ideally max. one year to graduation preferred
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2027 – September 2027 
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
