Join Our Workplaces Team In Germany

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of adidas’ global real estate portfolio, including leasing and transaction activities, as well as the design, construction, and operation of offices, showrooms, and distribution centers.

Within this environment, the intern will support the Facility Management team in Germany on our biggest owned campus in Herzogenaurach. The role focuses on coordinating and supporting service-related activities to help deliver high-quality workplace experience and ensure strong customer satisfaction for employees and visitors.

Grow Your Capabilities Through Meaningful Tasks & Projects  

• Support the organization and coordination of team stays, athlete visits, and training camps
• Assist in preparing and executing Campus Experience activities
• Help maintain operational processes, documentation, and checklists
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Workplace Management team
• Assist in ensuring workplace-related services for employees across the campus
• Support the coordination and tracking of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, catering, facility services, etc.)
• Provide support in documenting processes, activities, and compliance-related requirements
• Support communication and act as a coordination point between internal stakeholders and external vendors

What Would Make You a Match 

• University degree in progress (Bachelor or Master) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous internship or academic experience in Finance/Controlling is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in Finance and business analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a team player.

Eligibility  requirements

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)  
• Students with ideally max. one year to graduation preferred
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2027 – September 2027 
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
