We’re looking for a

Social Media & Content Intern (m/f/d)

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in content creation, storytelling, and day-to-day social media work.

Please note: This internship is only open to students who are currently enrolled at a university and required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their degree.

Aufgaben

• Create content for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn & Pinterest


• Turn trends and evergreen content into engaging Reels, Stories & Posts


• Plan and structure content from idea → shoot → upload


• Be in front of or behind the camera, whatever the concept needs


• Actively engage with our community via comments & DMs


• Help grow and nurture our social communities


• Understand what our audience cares about, and reflect that in content


• Support content calendars, workflows & formats


• Analyze performance (engagement, reach, saves) and learn what drives growth


• Collaborate closely with marketing, media & sales teams

Qualifikation

• A strong interest in content creation and community management


• A good understanding of social media trends and platforms


• A structured, organized way of working


• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, InShot) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)


• Ongoing studies in marketing, media, communication, design, or a related field


• Fluent German (min. B2) and good English skills


• A proactive, curious mindset – you take initiative, share ideas, and enjoy working in a team
