Werkstudent - Marketing

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Werkstudent role based in the Greater Hamburg Area. As a Werkstudent at XING, you will support your team with day-to-day operational tasks, such as preparing reports, updating internal documentation, and assisting with ongoing projects. You will help collect, structure, and analyze data, contribute to presentations, and participate in team meetings. Depending on the department, you may also help coordinate small projects, perform internet and market research, and support communication with internal stakeholders. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you while you gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, digital work environment.
Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a university program, ideally in Business, Economics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and reliable way of working.
• Confident use of common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), especially spreadsheets and presentations.
• Very good written and spoken English; German skills are a plus but not mandatory, depending on the team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of tasks.
• High motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in digital platforms, networking, or the tech industry.
• Availability to work on-site in the Greater Hamburg Area as a full-time Werkstudent, in line with legal and university requirements.
