Your Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team within the scope of a company-wide ERP migration
• Assist with organizational and administrative project activities
• Maintain and track project plans and milestones
• Prepare, document, and follow up on project meetings and workshops
• Support the creation of status reports, presentations, and decision papers
• Coordinate and collaborate with international project stakeholders
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in project management, IT transformations, and ERP systems
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
• Very good German skills and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and quick comprehension
