Internship in Governance, Compliance & Corporate Management

During your internship, you will become part of our Governance, Compliance & Agencies team within the Group Division Paper. You will take on exciting responsibilities and gain valuable practical experience in an international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively support our Governance & Compliance team in its day-to-day activities.
- Assist with the analysis, consulting, and optimization of business processes as well as internal governance, control, and monitoring systems.
- Conduct research using the internet, databases or other relevant sources and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Support contract management activities involving sales agents, consultants, distributors, and other business partners.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of the international shareholding and compliance management processes.
- Independently work on smaller projects and participate in a variety of workshops throughout your internship.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in the later stages of a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, or a related field with a focus on accounting or contract law, and you are looking for a mandatory internship.
- Ideally, you already have academic specialization or initial practical experience in Accounting, Controlling, Internal Audit, or Contract Management.
- You have a strong command of both German and English, written and spoken, as well as solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
