Your responsibilities

• Support the design and development of AI‑based procurement solutions, focusing on usability, clarity, and user adoption (e.g. Copilot use cases, AI‑assisted content, interactive tools)
• Contribute to user experience (UX) and interface concepts for internal procurement tools, dashboards, learning content, and digital workflows
• Help design and implement gamified learning and engagement formats (quizzes, challenges, simulations, micro‑learning elements) to support AI adoption and knowledge transfer in Procurement
• Test, evaluate, and iterate AI and UX solutions based on user feedback and usage data, providing structured improvement proposals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Procurement, Digital, Legal, Finance, Compliance) to translate business needs into user‑friendly AI solutions
  
  

Your profile

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in AI, Computer Science, UX/UI Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Business Informatics, Digital Media, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in applied AI, user experience, and gamification in a business context
• First hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, no‑code/low‑code tools, AI content creation platforms) is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of UX principles (user journeys, usability, feedback loops) and/or gamification concepts (motivation, rewards, challenges, progression)
• Curious, self‑driven, and willing to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
