Intern / Working Student Learning Content Creation / Training Development in Human Resources

Location: Maisach

Working student:Flexible working hours planned around your studies, with additional flexibility during exam periods.

Internship: Full‑time internship (at least 3 months, ideally longer)

Your Responsibilities Include

• Support the team in developing training solutions across different formats (digital/hybrid/live)
• Contribute to learning content creation (storyboards, visuals, interactive elements, audio and video editing)
• Assist with building, updating, and testing elearning content using standard authoring tools
• Review and test learning modules for usability and accuracy
• Assist with research and content preparation in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Support in maintenance and administration of Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with organisational and administrative tasks
• Support the launch of an AI-based learning tool
• Support the team with their day-to-day tasks
  
  

What You Bring To Us

• You are currently studying media design, media & communication, human resource management, education, communication, business administration or a related field
• Have a passion for digital learning and conceptual work
• Are familiar with at least one e‑learning authoring tool — or excited to learn
• Have basic skills in video/image editing – or eager to learn
• Communicate clearly and enjoy both independent and collaborative work
• Are detail‑oriented
