Your Role in the Team
Passionate about people, processes, and technology? Join our Global HR Systems team and gain hands-on experience in a global HR transformation project. You will support operational and implementation activities, learn how international HR system rollouts are managed, and contribute to the success of a global HR systems implementation.
Your Tasks:
- Supporting the global rollout of a new HR information system (HRIS) and taking ownership of selected implementation tasks
- Assisting with system testing, HR data management activities, and reporting
- Preparing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions
- Supporting local HR teams with system navigation and troubleshooting common HR-related issues
- Contributing to process improvements and ensuring high data quality within the HR system environment
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Initial experience with HRIS systems and digital tools gained through internships or working student positions
- Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR operations
- Excellent data management and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international environment
