Your Role in the Team

Passionate about people, processes, and technology? Join our Global HR Systems team and gain hands-on experience in a global HR transformation project. You will support operational and implementation activities, learn how international HR system rollouts are managed, and contribute to the success of a global HR systems implementation.

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the global rollout of a new HR information system (HRIS) and taking ownership of selected implementation tasks
• Assisting with system testing, HR data management activities, and reporting
• Preparing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions
• Supporting local HR teams with system navigation and troubleshooting common HR-related issues
• Contributing to process improvements and ensuring high data quality within the HR system environment

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Initial experience with HRIS systems and digital tools gained through internships or working student positions
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR operations
• Excellent data management and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international environment
