T&O Electronic Solutions GmbH is part of the T&O Group and based in Hausham, Bavaria. We are a specialized electronics and embedded engineering company with more than 30 years of experience in customer-specific hardware solutions, embedded systems, HMIs, industrial electronics, prototyping and small to medium series production.
Our customers are mainly B2B companies from industries such as mechanical engineering, industrial automation, medical technology, defense and other demanding technical sectors. We support customers when standard solutions are not enough from idea and development to prototyping, Build-to-Print, Box Build Assembly and series production.
As a compact and experienced electronics manufacturer, we combine engineering know-how, hands-on production experience and close customer collaboration.
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Pflichtpraktikant / mandatory intern in Sales & Marketing with a strong focus on AI, B2B lead generation and digital business development.
This is not a classic administrative internship. You will actively support our sales and business development activities and help us build a more systematic approach to market research, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, campaign tracking and content preparation.
Your work will directly contribute to increasing visibility, identifying relevant target companies and generating new business opportunities in technically demanding B2B markets.
Possible tasks include:
- Researching target companies, industries and relevant decision-makers
- Supporting LinkedIn and outreach campaigns for selected target groups
- Using AI tools tools for market research, content ideas and lead qualification
- Preparing company and contact lists for sales activities
- Supporting the creation of LinkedIn posts, campaign messages and sales content
- Documenting campaign performance and deriving learnings
- Supporting the development of a structured lead management process
- Researching industry trends, especially in embedded electronics, industrial automation, medical technology and defense
- Preparing short market and competitor insights for internal use
- Supporting the sales team in follow-ups, CRM-related tasks and opportunity tracking
You will work closely with Sales and gain practical insight into B2B sales, technical business development and modern AI-supported sales processes.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a degree program with a mandatory internship requirement
- Relevant fields may include business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, communication, business development, international management, technical management or a comparable program
- Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, technology and digital tools
- First experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, AI tools or digital marketing is a plus
- Structured, reliable and proactive working style
- Good research skills and the ability to quickly understand new markets and companies
- Strong communication skills and interest in technical B2B topics
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good German skills are required; English is an advantage
- Curiosity, self-motivation and willingness to test new approaches
