About Speekly: Speekly is the largest marketplace for creator content in Europe. We work with 100,000+ creators and 12,000+ brands and build the operating system for social content. We are a fast-growing startup with over €6 million in VC funding. We are based in Cologne and operate in DACH, the Netherlands, Italy and UK.

Tasks
What we're looking for:
Not a typical working student. But someone who:
- Takes ownership of the satisfaction of our international customers
- Is eager to get to know our software in depth and help improve it
- Has a good feeling for social media, trends & content
- Speaks fluent Dutch and German
What you'll do:
You are the first point of contact for our Dutch customers:
- You answer all questions about our platform and services
- You support our customers and content creators with challenges, ensuring that collaborations run smoothly and platform requirements are met
- You proactively mediate between brands and creators when collaboration doesn't run smoothly
- You learn to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and develop these customer relationships further
- You collect feedback from the Dutch market and bring it directly back to the team

Requirements
What you should bring:
- Fluent Dutch and German
- You are proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn and take on responsibility
- You can resolve conflicts with empathy and understanding so that all parties benefit in the end
- You work in a structured, reliable way and move things forward on your own initiative
- You're on TikTok & Instagram every day and understand what works
