Student Assistant (m/f/x) – Project Management

As Talentik GmbH, we run accelerator programs and innovation networks to support early-career researchers in computer science and artificial intelligence. Together with over 60 universities, research institutions, and private companies from across Germany, we create platforms for innovation and networking and help young talents successfully launch their careers.

We coordinate the Software Campus and AI Grid initiatives, funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology, and Space, and collaborate with over 800 outstanding early-career researchers. We are seeking student support for our Software Campus team in Berlin, starting as soon as possible. Are you a natural organizer who enjoys supporting people and projects? Job Description

• Support our program management, working independently on selected tasks
• Assist the organization and management of trainings: processing stakeholders’ inquiries, coordinating schedules, and conducting training evaluations
• Assist in managing our platform: processing stakeholders’ inquiries, reporting issues, managing accounts, and documenting processes
• Support with science communication tasks
• Compiling statistics and visualizing data
• Assisting with event organisation and management (online and on-site)

Required Qualifications

• You are currently an enrolled student in a bachelor’s or master’s program
• Affinity and interest for IT and education-related topics
• Excellent English and good German skills, both spoken and written
• You have a hands-on mentality, a solution-oriented working style, are highly organised, enjoy working in a team, and show a conscientious work ethic
• Excellent MS Office skills and a curiosity to learn new tools, including AI-based ones
• You are available for 15–20 hours per week
