You'll make an impact by

• You support our global community management by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and encouraging positive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit
• Building on this, you help maintain our YouTube presence by optimizing metadata, handling internal queries, and sharing best practices with colleagues
• Additionally, you assist in adapting and preparing editorial content for various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice
• To further empower the team, you help create clear and appealing materials for internal meetings and trainings, such as presentations and SharePoint pages
• Finally, you work alongside the team to gather performance data, support reporting, and identify key insights to improve our social media activities
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• You are passionate about social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube and stay updated on the latest digital trends
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint); experience with content editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• You have an analytical mindset, enjoy working with performance data, and can draw insights to optimize content
• Ways of Working: You are proactive, organized, and bring a hands-on, structured approach to your tasks
• Languages: You have excellent written and verbal English skills
