Working Student HR Development (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You organize, plan, and coordinate training and professional development programs for employees
• You support the administrative preparation, delivery, and follow-up of training sessions
• You liaise with internal departments and external training providers and coordinate the collaboration between all stakeholders
• You manage and administer learning and training platforms

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in organizational or administrative tasks
• You have an excellent command of German, both written and spoken, at CEFR C2 level
• You are characterized by a structured, meticulous, and reliable way of working
• Proficiency in the common Microsoft Office applications completes your profile
