Internship - Qualification & Learning Europe (d/f/m)

The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position can be filled immediately for a period of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support our team in a variety of Qualification & Learning-related projects and activities, such as the implementation of new learning concepts, administration of training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS), reporting, and ticket management
• Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of communication materials on strategic topics
• Help create and maintain intranet content for internal communication purposes
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team meetings
• Work closely with colleagues across Europe in an international environment

Your Qualifications

• A degree program in Economics, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of MS-Office
• Creativity, commitment and flexibility
• Independent, responsible and customer-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and organizational skills
