What You'll Build

As a working student in our People & Culture Transformation team, you will support us in driving the transformation for the People & Culture Board area, redefining what HR means for SAP. You will support the program management, making sure milestones are met, deliverables are on schedule, the team stays organized, and meetings are set up properly.

Your Tasks Will Include The Following

  • Coordinate team deliverables and cross-team collaboration
  • Actively participate and drive internal initiatives
  • Ensure proper use of methodologies, tools, and procedures
  • Prepare and document meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Track program milestones and help keep deliverables on schedule
  • Keep team tracking documents and shared resources up to date
  • Support event and initiative coordination as needed
  • Work with AI tools as part of your everyday workflow

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration with focus on either Marketing or Strategy execution
  • Experience in consulting
  • Language skills: fluent in English
  • Soft skills:
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and reliable — our team moves fast, and we need someone who stays ahead of things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • An open mindset, passion to work with people, positive can-do attitude
  • Other important skills/experience:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with PowerPoint presentation design
  • Great with AI tools / curiosity about AI tools and openness to learning new ways of working

Where you belong

You will support our People & Culture Transformation Team, which is part of the Corporate Functions Operations unit at SAP. Together with us, you will embark on a transformational journey to reshape the People & Culture Board Area and ensure that it aligns with SAP’s broader goals, supporting our people and the business through innovative, people-centric initiatives.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
