About The Team
Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a .......................................... Do you want to revolutionize space travel in New Space? Then you've come to the right place.
Your Tasks
- Design of Electrical Wiring Harnesses throughout the Vehicle and test equipment
- Managing the life-cycle of Vehicle Electrical Wiring Harness
- Design and development of hardware architecture and be responsible of production
- Management of Power System Diagrams
- Management of Module Connection Configuration
- Develop the most cost-and-time-effective test procedures
- Involvement in the production processes of avionics hardware for both testing and flight
- Conduct technical meetings and collaborate with various departments such as the system engineering team for hardware requirements
- Prepare assembly and procedure documentation to a high standard
- Identify and evaluate risks and faults, making recommendations for future prevention
- Currently enrolled in a degree in aerospace engineering, electronics engineering or an equivalent scientific qualification
- Motivation to participate in NEW Space
- Knowledge in Electrical Wiring / Harness design
- Ability to conduct technical meetings and collaborate with various departments
- The ability to work effectively and independently while under pressure and to tight deadlines
- The ability to work hands-on with avionics hardware
- Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
- Relevant experience in aerospace
- Experience in Electrical Wiring Interface System design using Harness software (Rapid Harness preferable)
- Experience in mechanical design using CAD software (NX preferable)
- Knowledge of communication buses such as CAN, Ethernet, SPI
- Knowledge of power systems
- Experience managing System Architecture
- Experience with; electromechanical actuators, BLDC motors, encoders, drivers and sensors
- Experience in the testing electronic systems
