Working Student HR Operations (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in our HR Operations Team, you will be a part of our People Operations team, helping us deliver seamless and efficient HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.

Together with our World-Class Team, currently 3 team members, you will take on an empowering role, pushing the boundaries of drone technologies. Working closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, and Business Operations, you will support our ambitious growth journey by contributing to HR operations, maintaining high-quality people data, supporting the integration of new teams and acquired companies, and helping implement a modern HR platform that will power our next phase of global expansion. Enabling a scalable, data-driven, and globally connected People organization is essential to Quantum-Systems' success, and your mission will make a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Be the first point of support for creating an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Help drive the implementation of our new HR system and contribute to building scalable, data-driven HR processes.
• Support the integration of newly acquired teams and companies as part of Quantum-Systems' global growth journey.
• Create employment contracts and ensure employee documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Maintain and improve people data quality across systems, reports, and workflows.
• Partner with colleagues across multiple departments to deliver seamless employee lifecycle processes.
• Contribute ideas and hands-on support to continuously improve the way we work in HR Operations.
