Key responsibilities include the participation in internal projects, the support in the preparation of financial reporting to Corporate/Headquarters - P&L, Headcount, CAPEX as well as preparation of variance analyses, presentations and evaluations and Ad-hoc reports and requests. The role also supports the development of internal management reporting and development of internal overhead reporting.

For Lummus Novolen Technology GmbH in Mannheim/ Germany we are looking for a Working student (m/f/d) Financial Reporting & Controlling to support our Finance team at the earliest date possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Time sheets coordination and processing
• Support in the preparation of financial reporting to Corporate/Headquarters - P&L, Headcount, CAPEX
• Preparation of variance analysis
• Writing of monthly comments
• Preparation of presentations and evaluations
• Ad-hoc reports and requests
• Participation in internal projects
• Support in the development of internal management reporting (P&L, statements, project analysis, variance analysis, etc.)
• Development of internal overhead reporting
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled Student (m/f/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) ideally in Business Administration, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Management
• Basic knowledge of accounting and business management contexts
• High affinity in numbers, IT affinity, knowledge in the use of Excel including diagrams and pivot tables
• Independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
• Fluent in German; good language skills in English are a plus
• Within commuting distance from Mannheim
