Your Responsibilities

  • Get hands-on insight into daily People Organization operations and contribute to enhancing the team member experience.
  • Take part in projects from day one - your ideas and support will make a difference.
  • Help shape internal communication and dive into the creation of our new intranet - any design skills more than welcome! If you thrive in creating content, newsletters, and presentations then you are right with us.
  • Contribute to building frameworks and processes that support engagement, growth, and culture across our design teams.

Your Talents

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business, Economics, Psychology, Communication Design or related field) and will remain enrolled for the full internship period.
  • You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • You’re proficient with Sharepoint and MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with Workday is a plus.
  • You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity.
  • You’re passionate about storytelling and content creation that elevates the team member experience.

  • For your internship at Kia Europe Design you need to be enrolled during the entire internship period. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and work permit in Germany.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Frankfurt für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
