Your role

As part of our US Tax team, you will support us in consulting and compliance for our clients in the field of US Tax. You will take on a wide range of tasks:

  • Assist in US Tax Compliance: Support the US Tax department in preparing excel calculations, tax returns, including forms 1040, 1120, 1065 and related items
  • Data Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with team members to gather, organize and analyze financial data to support the preparation of accurate and timely tax filings. This includes reconciling financial statements, identifying potential discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity
  • Research and and Documentation: Conduct research on US tax laws, regulations, and updates to assist in maintaining compliance and identifying potential tax-saving opportunities
  • Communication and Collaboration: work closely with a diverse team and collaborate with team members to understand and solve a wide variety of different US Tax situations
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in US tax legislation and regulations, attending relevant training sessions, webinars, and proactively sharing knowledge with the team to ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement

Please note that this role is carried out exclusively at the Eschborn location.

Your Skillset

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally in the field of Accounting, Taxation, Finance or a related business field at a recognized German university
  • Proficient in MS Excel is a must
  • English proficiency (C1); intermediate German (B2) language skills
