Are you ready to shape your future with confidence?
Working together to make the world a little bit better every day. This is our purpose at EY and as a team we go all in to work towards our bold ambition: to create long-term value and growth – for our clients, our people and society. Our network of around 400,000 people around the world offers you every opportunity to grow, develop, specialize and pursue your professional strengths and interests. We believe that the right career path is as individual as you are.

Your role

As part of our US Tax team, you will support a broad range of consulting and compliance engagements for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • US tax compliance: Support Excel-based calculations and US tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120 and 1065, with supporting documentation
  • Data gathering and analysis: Gather and analyze financial data, reconcile financial statements and identify discrepancies for accurate and timely tax filings
  • Research and documentation: Research US tax law developments, document findings and support compliance and potential tax-planning opportunities
  • Communication and collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand and help resolve a broad range of US tax matters
  • Continuous learning: Stay current on US tax legislation through relevant training and proactively share your knowledge with the team

This position is based exclusively at our Eschborn office and requires on-site attendance. The intended start date is February 1, 2027.

Your skillset

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation at a recognized German university (Rhein-Main area), with at least two completed accounting courses preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English skills (C1) and intermediate German skills (B2)

Your mindset

  • Agile: You believe that a flexible mindset is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
  • Curious: You are ambitious and committed. We are looking for people who think in terms of opportunities instead of challenges and ask targeted questions to unlock better answers.
  • Collaborative: You value diverse perspectives and enjoy working in a team. We are looking for people to help us shape the future and create a working environment based on trust.

Your benefits
At EY, you will work in high-performing, interdisciplinary teams with innovative technologies. We support you in your various life situations with our flexible and inclusive working environment. Inspiring colleagues as well as training and development opportunities both on and off the job will empower you to grow and develop skills that will equip you for the future. We guarantee a steep learning curve. More about our benefits.
