Working Student Controlling (m/f/x) - RCP Management GmbH

Who We Look For

To strengthen our finance team at our Teltow location, we are looking for an enthusiastic working student to start immediately and immerse themselves in the world of numbers within a dynamic environment. This position involves working 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports, forecasts and variance analyses
• Maintaining and further developing our controlling tools and Excel models
• Preparing key performance indicators
• Contributing to the automation and digitisation of financial processes
• Assisting with ad hoc analyses related to ongoing M&A projects
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance or a related field, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance.
• Excellent Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and, ideally, Power Query / VBA / Jedox.
• A strong affinity for IT, enjoying trying out new tools and thinking in terms of processes.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, meticulous work style.
• German (B2) and English (B1) skills.
• Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive data.
