Role Description
The Werkstudent IT Services role involves supporting day-to-day IT operations and services within the company. Responsibilities include assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, performing system maintenance, and collaborating on IT projects. The role will also provide user support for both hardware and software, ensuring smooth IT functionality across the organization. This is an on-site opportunity based in Frankfurt and offers flexible working hours tailored to a student schedule.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, system maintenance, and basic hardware/software support.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of networking and database management is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Additional Considerations: Enrollment in a university program related to IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in IT support or services is advantageous but not mandatory.
