Working Student -IT Opperations & IT Support

As a Working Student, you’ll be part of a small, highly collaborative team where your work matters. You’ll contribute to day-to-day IT operations, support users, explore AI tools and help us scale our digital backbone in a safety‑ and compliance‑driven environment.

This role is onsite in our Bonn office, with occasional remote work possible.

Tasks

• Be the first line of support for everyday IT issues (Microsoft 365, devices, accounts, connectivity).


• Support onboarding and offboarding — prepare devices, set up accounts, manage access securely.


• Test and evaluate new tools, including AI‑based automation and Copilot-driven improvements.


• Create and improve IT documentation, internal knowledge bases and structured how‑


• Work with task boards (Planner / To Do) to help keep IT operations predictable and transparent.


• Assist on digital transformation projects that modernize how we work across the company.


• Contribute to IT security and compliance efforts, following established policies and helping colleagues stay secure.


• Take ownership of tasks and bring ideas to make processes smoother, safer and smarter.

Requirements

• You’re enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Computer Science, IT or a related field (≥ 1 year remaining).


• You learn quickly, think logically and enjoy solving problems.


• You communicate clearly — also with non‑technical colleagues.


• You like experimenting, improving and trying new approaches.


• You’re fluent in English (German is a plus).


• And most importantly: you’re excited to work in a modern, AI‑enhanced and compliance‑critical IT environment.
