We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and data-driven student to join our CRM team. In this role, you won’t just be a helper — you will be an architect of our customer journeys. From the first creative spark of an email to the final data analysis of a push notification, you will be involved in the end-to-end execution of our digital marketing strategy.

We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and data-driven student to join our CRM team. In this role, you won’t just be a helper — you will be an architect of our customer journeys. From the first creative spark of an email to the final data analysis of a push notification, you will be involved in the end-to-end execution of our digital marketing strategy.
Your Core Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- End-to-End Management & Compliance: Build and manage email, push, and in-app campaigns while ensuring all assets pass legal approval.
- Creative & Audience Strategy: Design brand-aligned templates and define precise segments for targeted messaging.
- Automation & Testing: Set up lifecycle journeys and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Asset & Promotion Management: Create landing pages and manage promo codes, raffles, and giveaways.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Product, and Web teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting: Track and report key KPIs by consolidating data from different tools.
- Data Synthesis: Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
- Education & Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related). Must be registered at a German university during the employment period.
- Availability: Up to 20 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
- CRM Experience: Ideally first experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Analytical Skills: Understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and KPI tracking.
- Language & Mindset: Native-level German and fluent English with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
