Join our Master Programs team as a
Student Assistant
(f/m/x, 20 hrs./week, starting in October 2026, 14€/hr.)
and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.
How you will make a difference:
- Support the program managers with organizational and administrative tasks across all three MSc programs
- Support program participants and faculty in person (on campus) and online
- Prepare program documentation for participants, including managing content on our e-learning platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Inspera, Insendi, among others)
- Create and maintain course-related databases of current program participants
- Support the program managers in preparing and delivering events (program orientation, social events, graduation, etc.)
- Carry out research on various topics
- Use data and artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes and support innovations
You are a great fit if you:
- Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program until at least September 2027
- Are fluent in English
- Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with people from a diversity of backgrounds
- Possess adequate Excel skills and enjoy working with data as well as AI tools
- Are able to work independently as well as in a group
- Are willing to take initiative
- Ideally have experience with e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Canvas and survey tools such as Qualtrics (desired but not essential)

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
