Student Assistant - Master Programs

Join our Master Programs team as a

Student Assistant

(f/m/x, 20 hrs./week, starting in October 2026, 14€/hr.)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How you will make a difference:

• Support the program managers with organizational and administrative tasks across all three MSc programs
• Support program participants and faculty in person (on campus) and online
• Prepare program documentation for participants, including managing content on our e-learning platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Inspera, Insendi, among others)
• Create and maintain course-related databases of current program participants
• Support the program managers in preparing and delivering events (program orientation, social events, graduation, etc.)
• Carry out research on various topics
• Use data and artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes and support innovations

You are a great fit if you:

• Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program until at least September 2027
• Are fluent in English
• Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with people from a diversity of backgrounds
• Possess adequate Excel skills and enjoy working with data as well as AI tools
• Are able to work independently as well as in a group
• Are willing to take initiative
• Ideally have experience with e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Canvas and survey tools such as Qualtrics (desired but not essential)
