Working Student - Office Management

Your Tasks

• Support our team with practical day-to-day office tasks
• Help prepare, pack and organize employee gifts and packages, such as our Christmas boxes
• Support the preparation and setup of company events, Activity Nights and other internal activities
• Help during events to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Assist with preparing meeting rooms and common areas when needed
• Support with office supplies, deliveries and other small organizational tasks
• Jump in with general administrative and hands-on support for the Office Management team

What You Offer Us

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field
• First experience in an office, hospitality, customer service or similar environment is a plus
• Friendly, reliable and service-oriented personality
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new tools
• Good communication skills English
• Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support wherever needed
