Join our Business Development/Sales team as a

Student Assistant

(part-time, 20 hrs./week, starting in September - October 2026, 14 EUR/Std.)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How you will make a difference

• Support our Admissions Office in enrolling participants in our executive programs
• Prepare, organize, and update participant and program data for analysis and reporting
• Support projects to improve our CRM system
• Conduct customer and market research
• Provide general administrative support to the team

What makes you a great fit

• You are currently registered as a student at an institution of higher education (university/"Fachhochschule"), ideally for at least another year
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• You have an excellent command of both German and English, the working languages at ESMT
• Knowledge of Salesforce (our CRM system) is an advantage
