Join our program services and operations team as a

Student Assistant

(f/m/x, 20 hrs./week, starting in October 2026, 14€/hour)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

How you will make a difference

• Support the program planners with organizational and administrative tasks (e.g., booking rooms, creating tutorials, and updating the website)
• Prepare and update datasets and records on various platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Teams)
• Enter data in the Campus Management System
• Prepare and disseminate reports

You are a great fit if you

• Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor's or master’s program for at least 12 more months
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
• Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills and a logical mindset
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time management, and office management
• Are able to work independently
• Experience with e-learning platforms and campus management systems is desired
