Office Management Working Student

• Manage Kentix access keys for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Take care of office plants, including regular watering
• Prepare DHL shipments, including packaging and shipping labels
• Receive and distribute packages and deliveries
• Maintain and organize storage room
• Support with hands-on and physical office tasks, including minor repairs
• Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
• Restock office beverages, fridges, and snacks
• Prepare and reset meeting rooms
• Support PR events and internal events, including set-up and clean-up
• Create and publish Kleinanzeigen listings as needed
• Ensure general office tidiness and help create a welcoming, comfortable, and well-organized office environment
