As Marketing & Communications Working Student (m/f/d), you will support the Commercial Team in shaping and executing ERC’s external communication. Working closely with colleagues across Business Development, Sales & Product, you will contribute to our LinkedIn presence, website updates, event preparation, and the creation of high-quality marketing materials. Your role combines creativity, organization, and hands-on execution, giving you broad exposure to startup marketing in a deep-tech and aerospace environment.

What you will do

• Support the planning and creation of content for our social media presence, including posts, visuals, and other written or visual contributions.
• Support the organization, coordination, and design of event materials for keynotes, trade fairs, networking events, and other external appearances.
• Update and maintain our website in close coordination with the team.
• Contribute to the creative design and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, digital content, graphics, and other communication assets.
• Support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots at our events, demonstrations, and other company activities.
• Help ensure a consistent and professional brand presence across our communication channels and materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, align messaging, and support ongoing marketing and communication initiatives.

What you bring

• You are currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business, or a related field, ideally during your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You have gained first practical experience through internships, traineeships, university initiatives, projects, or freelance work in marketing, social media, communications, or design.
• You have a strong interest in storytelling, branding, visual communication, and digital content creation, ideally in innovative or technology-driven environments.
• You are a creative and reliable team player with strong organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and attention to detail.
• You pair strong written and verbal communication skills with solid practical experience in MS Office and common design/content tools.
• Fluency in English is a must, working proficiency in German is a plus.
• Your citizenship or visa status allows you to work legally in Germany.
• You are available as a working student during the semester and can support us regularly over a longer period.
