About The Team And The Role
As a Content Creator Intern, you will join a marketing-focused team working across performance marketing, organic social media, and in-app content. You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team and other stakeholders, supporting the creation of engaging, performance-driven content. This is a hands-on learning role where you will gain practical experience in content creation, testing, and channel growth, with guidance and mentorship from experienced team members.

About The Team And The Role
As a Content Creator Intern, you will join a marketing-focused team working across performance marketing, organic social media, and in-app content. You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team and other stakeholders, supporting the creation of engaging, performance-driven content. This is a hands-on learning role where you will gain practical experience in content creation, testing, and channel growth, with guidance and mentorship from experienced team members.
What You Will Accomplish
- Support the creation of video content for paid campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including opportunities to appear on camera
- Assist in developing and testing different creative formats to learn what drives performance
- Contribute to the production of static and visual assets for paid channels such as Meta, catalog, and Pinterest ads
- Help plan and publish content for organic social media channels, following a structured content calendar
- Support community engagement by responding to comments and interacting with audiences
- Assist in creating in-app content, including banners, editorial pieces, and curated product collections
- Some experience or strong interest in creating short-form video content (academic or personal projects welcome)
- Basic hands-on experience with video or photo content production
- Interest in social media, performance marketing, and content trends, with a willingness to learn
- Interest in fashion, trends, and visual storytelling
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with support from the team
- Fluency in German and English; Norwegian is a plus
- Familiarity with image or video editing tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is a plus
