Business Operations - Working Student

Your Mission

We are living in an era for engineers. Today's urgent need for technological advance is unprecedented in human history. Some are motivated by a green planet, and some want to revolutionize human mobility. Either way, we help engineers develop great products faster by removing all unnecessary distractions and limitations within the simulation process. We believe that engineers should be able to focus on delivering great products - on just engineering.

Your Responsibilities

• You support day-to-day business operations across multiple functions (e.g., HR, Office, and marketing)
• You assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• You plan and support execution of internal team events and customer-facing events (e.g., company events, trade shows, customer roadtrips)
• You help manage internal tools, documentation, and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility (e.g., CRM system, finance & HR workflows)
• You take ownership of small operational initiatives and drive them independently
  
  

Your Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• You are among the best-performing students in your cohort
• You have strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• You are comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets)
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have strong communication skills in German & English
• Previous internship or experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar environments is a plus
