Your Tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d/x) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team starting with 15.10.2026 with the following responsible tasks:
- As an Intern in Operational HR, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, apply your theoretical knowledge, and contribute directly to the efficiency of our HR processes.
- You will develop crucial skills such as communication, teamwork, and organization, while demonstrating your proactiveness and eagerness to learn within a dynamic environment.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Cologne für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
