About The Position

Are you passionate about the intersection of HR and technology? We are looking for a motivated HR Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team starting with 01.11.2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping innovative HR products and actively contributing to their further development.

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with market analysis and requirements engineering to identify user needs and market trends.
• Supporting the team in defining product features and user stories, utilizing Agile Methods.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Contributing to the documentation and organization of product information, often using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Preparing presentations and reports, leveraging your skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Analytical Thinking.
• Gaining insights into HR Processes and their digitalization.

Requirements

You are ideally pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or a related field of study.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid understanding of Product Management principles
• Familiarity with HR Processes
• Experience with Agile Methods
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficiency in Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis
• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering
• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Strong Analytical Thinking abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other HR technologies
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
