About The Position
Are you passionate about the intersection of HR and technology? We are looking for a motivated HR Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team starting with 01.11.2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shaping innovative HR products and actively contributing to their further development.
As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with market analysis and requirements engineering to identify user needs and market trends.
- Supporting the team in defining product features and user stories, utilizing Agile Methods.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Contributing to the documentation and organization of product information, often using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Preparing presentations and reports, leveraging your skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Analytical Thinking.
- Gaining insights into HR Processes and their digitalization.

Requirements
You are ideally pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or a related field of study.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid understanding of Product Management principles
- Familiarity with HR Processes
- Experience with Agile Methods
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Proficiency in Jira
- Experience with Confluence
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis
- Knowledge of Requirements Engineering
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other HR technologies
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
