Working Student

We’re looking for someone young, ambitious and deep into Web3 who wants to help us build and grow products, not spend their working student job making slides.

You’ll work directly with the founders across new ventures, product and growth, helping us figure out what to build, how to launch it and how to grow it.

We’re building products across Web3, already reaching 35K+ users and 300K+ monthly traffic, with a lot more we want to build.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders across product, ventures and growth
• Help shape and launch new Web3 products and features
• Research new markets, products and opportunities
• Work on distribution, partnerships and growth
• Talk to users and turn insights into better products
• Test new ideas and figure out what works
• Use AI and technology to move faster
• Take ownership of projects from idea to launch

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re genuinely into Web3 and follow what’s happening in the space
• You’re entrepreneurial and constantly thinking about products or businesses
• You’ve built something yourself, a project, tool, account, business or anything else
• You understand both product and distribution
• You use AI to leverage your skills
• You learn fast and adapt
• You’re ambitious and want substantially more responsibility than a typical working student role

You don’t need years of experience or a perfect CV. We’d rather see something interesting you’ve built than another internship on your CV.
