  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate research into actionable insights
  • Interest in human-computer interaction (HCI) and UX design
  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Structured, curious, and proactive working style

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UX research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
  • Familiarity with UX tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Dovetail, etc.)
  • Interest in automotive UX, AI systems, or multimodal interaction
  • Basic understanding of experimental design or statistics

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in applying psychological principles to UX design
  • Exposure to real-world product development in an international environment
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics such as AI-driven interfaces and in-car experiences
  • Mentorship from experienced UX professionals
