What awaits you?
- You will support the team in an agile development environment utilizing state-of-the-art methodologies.
- Furthermore, you help to sketch concepts and ideas for frontend, backend and SQL database development and evaluate solutions.
- In addition, you contribute to implementing and testing software solutions based on practical cases.
- Moreover, you assist in developing concepts for GUIs and templates to support the usage of implemented software solutions.
- You will also help to test the performance of implemented software solutions.
- Additionally, you receive regular feedback from your mentor while independently processing tasks.
- Studies in information technology, web engineering, computer science or related fields (Master level).
- Extensive experience as Full Stack Developer and in web design with React JS, Node JS, TypeScript, TypeORM and other web programming languages and frameworks.
- Very good knowledge of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Good experience with development environments such as Confluence, Jira and BitBucket.
- Experience in API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman is advantageous.
- Knowledge in Microsoft PowerApps to link it with web-based applications is a plus.
- Business-fluent English.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Tech in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
