Founder's Associate (Intern)

We're hiring: Founder's Associate (Intern) at Ayzeo | Berlin | Hybrid

AI is rewriting how brands get discovered. Most companies have no idea whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini recommend them, ignore them, or point straight to their competitors. At Ayzeo, that is the entire game.

We are an early pioneer in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): the analytics platform that shows brands how visible they are inside AI answers, and how to improve it. We are looking for a Founder's Associate (Intern) to sit right next to our founder and get hands-on with the everyday reality of building a company. You will see how a startup actually runs from the inside, the kind of all-round foundation that sets you up to lead a team, or start your own company, down the line.

This is not a coffee-and-calendar internship. You are the founder's right hand, with real ownership from week one.

What you'll do

No two weeks look the same. You'll work right next to the founder across the whole company:

AI workflows and automation

• Build internal AI automations and workflows that save the team hours, no coding required
• Test new AI tools and bring the best ones into our daily work
• Spin up AI-powered research and reporting pipelines

Go-to-market and sales

• Run outreach and help prep sales calls and product demos
• Research target accounts and segments
• Join and help run trade fairs and industry events

Research and insights

• Dig into product, competitor and feature research
• Design and run customer surveys, then turn the answers into clear takeaways

Content and video

• Record product demos and tutorials of Ayzeo in action
• Create social and marketing video for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Record personalized walkthroughs for prospects (yes, you'll be on camera)

What you bring

• A completed bachelor's degree and current enrollment in a master's program (any field; we care about drive over diploma)
• This is a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) required by your university
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
• Based in Berlin, or happy to commute to our Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) office 2 to 3 days a week
• You have already worked with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity and want to go much deeper. You do not need to be an expert yet; that is exactly what we will make you. No coding required
• Comfortable and confident on camera, since you will present in videos
• Proactive and structured, and calm when priorities shift at startup speed
• Strong communication and a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
• A real interest in startups, sales and building. Experience is a plus, curiosity is a must

The details

• Role: Founder's Associate, mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Duration: 6 months, or the length your university requires
• Location: Berlin, hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office, the rest remote)
• Start: flexible, as soon as you are ready
• After the internship: option to grow into a working student role
